At Trashbags Apparel LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, aside from being tried on.
- Items that are dirty, torn, or worn outside of trying on are not eligible for return.
- All tags must remain attached, and the original packaging should be included.
3. How to Start a Return
All returns must be submitted through our online return portal located at:

Enter your order number and email address to begin the return process. The portal will guide you through the required steps.
4. Return Shipping
- For returns due to sizing, preference, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, TrashBagsWorld will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within two business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please use the return portal and select the exchange option. Your replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
